Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process

To reserve furniture and décor items, you must:

• Contact us via phone, email, or online form to discuss your needs
• Provide accurate event information including date, location, and requirements
• Review and confirm rental selections and pricing
• Sign a rental agreement and provide required payment or deposit

Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of signed rental agreement and required deposit or payment. All bookings are subject to availability and our approval.

Rental Period and Fees

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date as specified in your rental agreement. Rental fees are calculated based on the agreed rental period, selected items, and additional services requested.

Payment Terms

• Deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation
• Final payment is due before delivery or as specified in your rental agreement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as agreed
• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods, damage protection, or special services

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery

We will deliver rental items to the address specified in your rental agreement at the agreed date and time. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the delivery location
• Providing accurate delivery address and contact information
• Being present or having an authorized representative present at delivery

Pickup

Rental items will be picked up on the date and time specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring items are ready for pickup at the agreed location
• Ensuring access to the pickup location
• Being present or having an authorized representative present at pickup

Care and Use of Rental Items

You agree to:

• Use rental items only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions
• Take reasonable care to protect items from damage, theft, or loss
• Not modify, alter, or repair rental items without our written consent
• Return items in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear
• Notify us immediately of any damage, loss, or theft

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be based on the actual cost to repair or replace the item. Optional damage protection plans may be available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel your reservation:

• More than 30 days before the rental date: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 15-30 days before the rental date: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before the rental date: No refund

Cancellation by Shivlornghar

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or other events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your rental at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivlornghar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or rental items. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid by you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shivlornghar, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of rental items or violation of these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shivlornghar or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:
